We really liked this cozy, very cool place. The windows had a great view. It's so convenient for families with kids, which made us wish we had one already! If we're in Wernigerode again, we'll definitely try to book here.

This is a nice, cozy family-run hotel, and the service was friendly. The website describes it as a spa, but it isn't really a spa. There is a sauna, and you can book things like a massage. Only one person in the family spoke English.

Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and there was good Wi-Fi and parking. The place was nicely located and extremely clean. It was a little expensive, though that may have been because of the Octoberfest. We'd gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A good base for exploring on foot, by car, or by rail. It's a quiet place to stay, with good breakfasts. Town restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, and so is the station for the steam trains.

We spent four days in this beautiful, spacious, clean apartment. The city center is within walking distance.
