A small traditional café bar with good beer and classic German meals. We speak very little German, but they welcomed us warmly and we managed to order just fine. Great value, €41 for two mains and two beers. CASH ONLY.

If you’re after local food and drinks in Wernigerode, this is a perfect spot. The food was delicious.

I had a really good time and enjoyed the food, which was good. The atmosphere was nice, though a little cramped, and the food made up for that. I do have to say the server seemed to focus on white customers and people she knew, while avoiding or apparently forgetting customers with darker skin, like the person I was travelling with.

The food was tasty and the service was good. It was a bit expensive, and they don’t take card payments.

The food was tasty and the service was excellent, but the prices felt too high. They also don't take card payments.
