Apartment 10 had a really strong smell of smoke and dog, and airing it out made no difference. The furnishings are cheap, but fair enough for this price range.

Getting in was a problem because I never received the key box code. Contacting anyone was nearly impossible, and callbacks came much later, if they came at all. There were only digital assistants to deal with. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and there's no coffee machine either. Definitely not recommended.

The service was awful. We never got a PIN, and when I called for help they couldn't sort it out, so I had to write in a group. After we had been standing outside for almost an hour, I called someone else. They gave us the right PIN and hung up, with no apology at all. The bed creaked terribly. We had to find the bedding and put it on ourselves. Getting a code to hand over the code didn't work either. When I called to say the key was in the apartment, the person was rude and hung up. It wasn't worth the money, and I'll never come back.

The location couldn't be better, right in the center, with the castle within walking distance. The place was clean and nicely furnished, and the hairdryer was great, nothing like a standard hotel one. Staff were helpful and kind, and answered all my many questions. There weren't any free parking spaces, which was a shame. The double bed creaked a little, and I found the sofa bed too complicated to set up quickly. I'm torn between four and five stars, leaning toward a five minus. We'll definitely be back ;0).
