The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the rooms, while simple, were comfortable. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and was cheerful, energetic, and helpful.

The price was great for the room and service. The location is nice, around 600m from the city centre, and the staff were friendly. My clean room had a comfortable single bed, a bathroom with a bath tub, a large modern flat TV and free mineral water. The furniture is 1980s style, but in good shape.

A clean, good place, and the owners speak English nicely. The shared shower and toilet are on the floor, and it's a little noisy because the place is close to a road. Those are the two small drawbacks.

The hotel was dirty. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and under the bed hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years, while under the closet it looked like it had never been cleaned. Some rooms had mold.

The people were very nice. Five stars overall.
