The staff are really friendly, and the location is great. Our beds were super comfortable, the rooms had cute decor, and the bathrooms were very clean.

It’s a small hotel, but the rooms are compact and very well laid out, and the bed was really good. The service was kind and cheerful. It’s one of the best I’ve tried in Germany, and I’ve tried a lot.

I got to check in at noon, which gave me time for a good nap. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and the service was good. When I needed a printout of my flight boarding pass, the staff member printed it and even cut out the sections for me. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station, near shops and a huge pedestrian zone.

The best part was the breakfast, which was just amazing. Room service was excellent too, and the front desk woman was so nice and really made our stay. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in the USA, and this one was great. The only letdown was the Wi-Fi: downloads were okay, but uploads were poor. That wasn’t enough to take off a star. The food, room service and staff service were all excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.
