Arthotel Ambassador Wiesbaden

The constant banging at night made it hard to sleep, which was very frustrating. I was on military orders and booked 14 nights because that's how long they were expected to last. The orders were cut short by one day, and when I asked to check out early and get reimbursed, the hotel said it couldn't do that. They told me I should have given 24 hours' notice before arriving that my orders would end early, but I didn't find out until near the end. I'm still leaving a day early, and they can rent out the room I've already paid for to someone else and make double the money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The neighborhood was quiet, with the A3 only a few minutes away, and there was plenty of free parking near the main entrance. The air conditioning worked fine too. We had booked two rooms, and one smelled a little of cigarettes. It wasn't overpowering, and we were tired and only there for one night, so we didn't ask to move. I'm pretty sure reception would have helped if we had.

Fara deserves a special mention. Her kindness and care made the stay memorable, and she was enthusiastic and always willing to help. The staff as a whole were attentive and professional, with smiles and a warm, welcoming manner. I had a great experience here and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to feel looked after during their stay.

Farah made me feel right at home, and her energy and dedication to her work are unusual these days. The rest of the hotel staff were smiling and happy to help too. The rooms are spacious, modernly furnished, and have everything you need when you're away from home. It's a great place to stay in a quiet part of Wiesbaden.
