B&B HOTEL Wiesbaden-Hbf

We had a lovely stay as a family, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived, and it was easy to access the charging point for our electric car. There's a cool graffiti park and a small shopping center within walking distance, plus plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for food or a drink. We felt welcome from the moment we came in.

The staff didn't seem trained to handle reservation changes and billing. They charged the wrong credit card instead of the one I presented when I completed check-in. Several staff members also couldn't produce a daily invoice for my three-day reservation.

The room was meant to be non-smoking, but it smelled like someone had been smoking two packs a day in there since World War II. Otherwise, this place would've been totally fine.

Once I spoke with the front desk the next morning, they sorted out the prepaid booking problem and credited my card for the extra room. They were VERY helpful. The night before, though, we arrived on a Sunday to find nobody at the desk, and the check-in details for my prepaid room didn't work, so I paid for another room to make sure we had somewhere to stay. The room itself is small but clean and very functional, with a thoughtful layout. There were three of us, and we could all get to our bags easily and sleep comfortably. The price leaves money for other fun.
