The location is beautiful, which makes the poor condition of the facility all the more disappointing. My room was cramped with old, useless furniture, and there was no cold water in the bathroom, only hot or very hot, so getting a proper shower was difficult. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the TV was a joke. Everything looked worn out, yet the room cost 60€ per night. Also, if you don't have a negative Covid test or a vaccine, don't go. They won't let you in.

Everything was amazing apart from the lack of vegetarian options at the restaurant. The view was beautiful, and it was really quiet.

The food was consistently excellent, with lots of choices and generous portions, and the service was friendly and attentive. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, and the value for money was excellent. Set in peaceful, charming natural surroundings, the place has a rustic feel and a warm, welcoming family atmosphere. It made for a lovely stay with memorable moments. I'd gladly recommend this forest hotel and will definitely return.

At 3:00 PM today, my husband and I went to the hotel for coffee. The restaurant was open, but an employee rudely asked what we wanted because we were interrupting her break. We've never had an experience like that. I wouldn't recommend going there.
