Frau Bruckner was a wonderful hostess, and my room was lovely and super comfortable. I could hear the Grumbach murmuring just outside the window. Breakfast was very satisfying, and Frau Bruckner was flexible about the timing and understanding of my limited German. The guesthouse is a great base for hikes and trips around the Harz. It was about 500m from the bus stand, and the guest tax includes a regional public transport card. There is only one bus through Wildemann, though, so check the timetable carefully. I missed the last Anruf-Linien-Taxi back on my second day. It cost more than the budget hostels I usually choose, but was absolutely worth it. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel feels like a little piece of heaven, tucked between the mountains beside the small river of Spiegeltal. It was so relaxing. Mrs. Brückner is a lovely person, and whenever you think of Wildemann, you'll remember her smile.

The rooms are lovely, and the apartment was great, very clean too. It's a peaceful spot with a great breakfast, including homemade jams, and a super friendly owner. This was visit number two for us. We'll definitely return. ;0)) 5 stars +

For a great price, I had a room with its own bathroom, a warm welcome, and a quick tour. I was traveling by motorcycle and had reserved ahead, so it was handy to put my bike straight into the garage. Breakfast timing is flexible and the meal is perfectly adequate. Drinks are available on an honor system. I'd gladly stay again.

Breakfast was excellent, with everything you could want and quick refills. The rooms are practical and very clean, and the price for what you get is absolutely perfect. Mrs. Brückner is kind and attentive. We stayed overnight at her place and would definitely stay again if we're in the area. ☕😄
