We had a comfortable, spacious room with a good bed, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and paid close attention to details. It was my birthday, and they had decorated the breakfast table beautifully without being asked. The food was delicious, and after long days of driving and sightseeing, we relaxed in the sauna twice.

The rooms were clean, the food was really good, and everyone was so kind. I first chose the hotel because it was near my motorbike training, and it turned out to be a great choice. The place is lovely for families too. I might come back with mine for a long weekend, as long as we’re in the mood for nature and hiking :)

The restaurant staff were especially friendly, and I really liked the place. Still, €249 a night felt like far too much for the Comfort plus room. It was nice, but there was no coffee or tea setup, safe, small balcony table, or key card lock. I also heard noise from the Biergarten and from lorries and cars starting early, which I hadn’t expected from a hotel at the end of the world! 🌍 For a green concept hotel, I’d have expected an electric car charger by now, too. The location is super, but I wouldn’t pay that much to stay again.

It’s a little out of the way, but I think it’s worth the trip. The view and atmosphere made this one of the places I’d pick again if I came back. There’s a restaurant at the hotel, and it’s nice.

The setting would be hard to beat for an idyllic wedding. Breakfast is pretty damn good, too.
