Sure Hotel by Best Western Wilhelmshaven City

The room was clean and the bed comfortable during our one-night stay in early January. Coffee and tea were available around the clock, and breakfast was very good, served at a beautifully set table. Reception were incredibly friendly, and the staff were so helpful that it really stood out. We want to thank them again from the bottom of our hearts!

The room was clean, and whenever we dealt with staff they were friendly and competent. Still, a few things put us off. The online checkout link didn't work, so we had to wait briefly at an empty reception desk. At the start of our stay, figuring out the TV meant locating and switching on a fuse. Other hotels would have been better prepared for guests arriving. We probably won't book again, especially since we prefer a hotel with free parking.

It's good value for money, with a decent breakfast selection, and the train station is very close. The rooms look a bit dated, but they're perfectly fine for a few nights.

The location is central, right by the station and NordseePassage shopping center, and there's parking on site. The hotel was very clean, with polite staff and a reception desk staffed around the clock. Coffee and tea were free at any time, and breakfast was good for the price, with fresh bakery rolls and plenty to choose from.
