6/10
The living room seating was very shabby, and the old rugs, some partly broken, really need replacing. The apartment could use a thorough clean: it seemed okay at first, but after using things we noticed it wasn't ideal. The bathroom is extremely small, and the place is generally very run-down, despite feeling cozy. There was rubbish outside, the grounds look as if they've been neglected for years, and the windows were very dirty. Such a shame with that lovely view. The view from the sitting area was very nice, and the place itself is quiet. The landlady was friendly, the size worked perfectly for two, and dogs were welcome and stayed free. There's a parking space, and basic kitchen equipment is provided. There's a lot of potential here, but noise was an issue too: children live one floor above, and it gets very loud.

We felt right at home. The host was very friendly, the accommodation was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Mold in the bathroom, and no Wi-Fi.
