10/10
The staff were really welcoming, and there’s plenty to do, from the pool and saunas to massages. It’s a quiet spot, about a 15-20 minute drive from the Winterberg ski slopes. We also ate very well, and breakfast was excellent. I’d happily come back.

We had a roomy apartment and the food was good.

The hotel itself was good, and the restaurant was great. But the staff were short-tempered with my kids. When we went swimming, they yelled at them to be quiet or leave. It felt really mean.

The bedroom was comfortable and clean, with a terrace. Breakfast had loads of choice, and the food was great. The staff were professional too. It’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re after wellness facilities.

The food selection was good, and the facilities were really nice, especially the sauna and indoor pool. It’s in a great location, though I wasn’t keen on the wall paintings. The waiters came across as a bit rude, too.
