The breakfast was the best part, generous and prepared with real care. We also loved the charming listed house and its lovely garden, and our hostess was warm and friendly throughout. The bathroom is shared between four parties because of the building's listed status, but it was excellent and didn't bother us. Our bikes could be stored securely in the shed next door. We'd happily return.

Parking worked well, either right outside or at the Rewe next door. This is a cozy, family-run place with a bit of an adventurous feel. The owners live in the house, and the guest rooms are upstairs. Everyone uses the same bathroom on that floor. It takes a little getting used to, but it's fine. Breakfast is served by the owner each morning, with a modest but very good selection. The place seems to be a listed building, or at least has been kept in its historic style, which gives it a lot of charm.

The house has been renovated with so much care, and the hostess made us feel welcome from the start. She was friendly in all our conversations before we arrived, and took care of everything we asked for. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. We had a wonderful stay. Enchanting is the one word I'd use. Thank you!

We slept especially well thanks to the excellent mattresses. The house itself is lovely and peaceful, and breakfast was generous and a real highlight.
