Tanya was so welcoming and helpful, and the place was very nice. We had dinner in the dining room, an Italian buffet that was good. Our room was really hot, which was the only problem. We also had a peaceful walk along the Danube.

We had an excellent dinner and breakfast, and the desserts were especially good. I recommend the Eierlikörbecher. There’s a pleasant walking path behind the hotel. Our room was nice, but the balcony sits right above the outdoor dining area, and cigarette smoke drifted in so much that we couldn’t keep the door or window open.

The restaurant is really cozy, and the room was excellent. My son is crazy about fishing, so this is the place for a fisherman. I love eating fish, even though I hate fishing myself, but I’m happy to support him.

This three-star hotel has a restaurant and wellness spa, and it’s a great fit for cyclists, with even a garage for bikes. It sits on the Danube, a short distance from Passau. I’ll post pictures since they show the hotel better than words can.
