Set among lovely hiking country, this is a peaceful spot for a romantic getaway. Berghotel Lenneplätze is about a 10-minute drive from the city center and 1 km from the nearest ski area. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the staff were attentive and incredibly friendly, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The hostess gave us amazing service, and breakfast was great. The rooms were good quality too. It’s just outside Winterberg village, but easy to reach by car.

It’s a quiet location but still close to everything, and there’s plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. My son and I had a wonderful weekend here on our second visit to this mountain hotel, and we felt very comfortable throughout. Our room was clean, nicely furnished, and a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was fresh and had everything we could have wanted. Service was outstanding, with our requests handled quickly and efficiently. We’ll definitely come back.
