The restaurant had such a calming feel, with gentle music in the background. It was a lovely place to relax, work, or chat over coffee or tea. Our rooms were spotless, elegantly designed, and a quiet place to unwind. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were warm and professional, making us feel welcome from arrival and handling every request. That mix of comfort, style, and great service made the stay memorable. It felt like more than just somewhere to sleep, with a real sense of calm and hospitality. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

We’re staying here now, and honestly, this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to in Germany. The rooms and breakfast are great, but the staff are what really make the place stand out. I’d recommend it to everyone!

Our questions and requests were all handled quickly and kindly. The rooms are simply but nicely furnished, and although the bathroom could do with an overhaul, everything worked. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was great, with some Dutch products, all at a good price. The ski runs in Winterberg are about a 10-minute drive away.
