A quiet village setting just outside Winterberg, with good hiking and cycling tracks right there. Erlebnisberg Kappe and the other summer and wintersport areas are still close by. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

We used this spacious apartment as a base for exploring the region, even though it rained every day. It fills the whole top floor of a house the homeowner built himself, with two bedrooms and superb valley views. On arrival, we were greeted by a magnificent double rainbow.

The owner gave us a friendly welcome, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was quiet, yet only four minutes from the ski area. The kitchen could use a few more plates and cups.

For two people, this is a nice little apartment with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Hiking and biking routes start right outside, and Zur Glocke is directly across the way, with a small but really delicious menu.

We spent four days here with our grandchild and would gladly return. The owners were friendly, the apartment was very clean and well kept, and it was wonderfully peaceful with a beautiful view. Highly recommended.
