Roompot Residence Winterberg

Apartment 4 was a lovely base for a relaxing week with our (grand)children. It was quiet and clean, with all the household amenities we needed, plus a beautiful view. The slopes are nearby and the center is an easy walk. We’ll be back!

We stayed in top-floor apartment number 10 and really enjoyed it. From both balconies, the views over the area were stunning. The complex is on a quiet street at the edge of Winterberg's town center, so it’s peaceful but still close to amenities and ski lifts. Inside, the apartment is stylish and thoughtfully furnished. The upper floor meant the kids could sleep upstairs while we had a glass of wine in the evening. The only thing we missed was a bathtub, though the sauna helped make up for it. We’ll definitely return.

That view across the valley to the bobsled run was a real treat to wake up to each morning. We stayed in Residence Winterberg’s penthouse for eight, and it was spacious, stylish, and had every comfort we could want. It was spotless and felt fresh and well cared for. The location is close to the slopes and hiking trails, yet nice and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort. We’ll be back!

The location is very nice, with the town center and Kappe ski lift both an easy walk away. From the balcony there’s a panoramic view, and the six-person apartment has a large living room with plenty of seats and two spacious bathrooms, which was convenient. The parking situation was frustrating: each apartment gets one narrow space, and there’s no extra free parking nearby. Another car took our space on four of the seven days. The Upland Parcs hotline said they’d look into it, but nothing came of that. The twin-bed rooms are pretty cramped for adults, although the main bedroom is fine.
