Pension im Adventhaus

We got a very friendly welcome, and the courtyard and garden are lovely. Each room has a covered patio of its own, with chairs and a table. The room itself is small but has everything you need. We’d be glad to stay again if we’re in the area.

The courtyard is such a peaceful little oasis, with lots of different comfortable places to sit. It was hard to leave after my stay, which I managed to extend from three nights to four. The city center, with its lovely buildings and parks, is an easy walk away, yet the guesthouse itself is calm and restful. My room was warm, cozy, and spotless, with thoughtful details that made me feel at home. There are just four rooms, all furnished with real care. The mattress was very good, and there were towels, a hairdryer, a TV, and Wi-Fi details displayed in a little picture frame, a lovely idea I hadn’t seen before. The breakfast room looks out onto the pretty garden and is decorated in such lovely colors that you just want to linger. Even though the other guests weren’t having breakfast, I was served a generous spread every day: homemade jams, warm rolls, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, muesli, fruit, tomatoes, tasty cream cheese spreads, and other little extras. When they learned I needed a dairy-free option because of a milk allergy, a vegan spread appeared for me. The drawers under the sideboard, with bowls, tea bags, napkins, and more, were a clever touch. I got a warm welcome and helpful tips right away. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Carmen May, for such a wonderful break. I’ll remember it for a long time.

I spent two nights here this week and was more than happy with my stay. Frau May, thank you for your hospitality and all the little details. It’s a lovingly run guesthouse with a real homely feel. You can park right outside, and the town center is no more than a 15-minute walk away.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and we felt well looked after. Our room was cozy, with thoughtful furnishings, and the courtyard was stunning, such a relaxing spot. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, with nothing missing. We’d love to come back.
