The lake sits right in front, with a castle wall running alongside, which makes the setting feel special. Inside, it's cozy, romantic, and charming, the service was excellent, and the food delicious. I'd definitely recommend it.

It was one of the few restaurants open that Monday, and I'm glad we stopped in. The place is lovely to sit in and the service was really good. Food-wise, everything was perfectly edible and used decent ingredients, with a few choices that rated four stars for me. The gnocchi takes the easier-to-produce, easier-to-store form of a potato dumpling, with flour and egg giving it a firm bite. The fish was good but a little overcooked, and the homemade fettuccine was more overdone than that, with the pasta not drained properly. Those are fairly small gripes, though. For a mid-range price, it feels reliable in a town as priceless as a glance from JT himself. Hotel restaurants in beautiful little towns can be like a Justin Timberlake album: you expect to like the cover and the idea, but might not want to replay it.
