The internet kept dropping out, and when it did, the door stopped responding, so I couldn't get back into my room. I tried calling the Support team at 1am, but nobody answered. The room ventilation is incredibly noisy. I stayed in room #3.

If you need WiFi, especially for work, don't stay here. I've never had internet this bad anywhere else in Europe. It's extremely slow and keeps cutting out. People travelling rely on WiFi, but it feels like the bare minimum has been provided for guests.

The place was very clean and handy for the highway. I made an error with my extended reservation, but the friendly helpline team sorted it out quickly. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and fine for a night, and really, everything else was great. But sleep was impossible because the ventilation is unbearable. The fan isn't just loud, it keeps speeding up and slowing down, like someone repeatedly starting and stopping a power drill. I live near a busy railway and am used to nighttime noise, but I've never heard anything like this. You can't control the fan at all, and it isn't tied to the light switch like it often is. Whoever designed it should have to spend a few nights in that room themselves.

Booking was straightforward and getting in with the technical login was easy. Everything looks modern and clean, and the price is reasonable. The problem is the noise when refrigerated trucks are parked in the truck parking area. It's VERY LOUD. Earplugs are on the nightstand 🙂
