The children, aged three and one, enjoyed playing outside, though the playground could use a little refurbishment. We spent five lovely days at Josenhof Ferienwohnungen in September. The owners were very friendly, and the house was clean. It’s a quiet chicken farm and a good base for exploring the Black Forest. Triberg is worth a visit. Hausach’s swimming pool is a ten-minute drive away, and several supermarkets are also less than ten minutes by car. I recommend this beautiful holiday house, five out of five stars.

Our apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped, and the fresh farm eggs and Brötchen made a nice breakfast. Familie Schneider were warm and welcoming during our amazing weekend at the Josenhof. Their big, friendly dog Ben even showed us around the area on a walk. It was a really relaxing, beautiful visit, and we’ll definitely be back.

Deer were wandering in the neighboring field, and taxis are easy to get if you don’t fancy the 40-minute walk into town. It’s a great apartment house with everything you’d need.
