The room was spotless, and the staff were really kind. Breakfast was excellent too. It's a great spot for the area, close to greet restaurant for dinner, and there's secure parking. RECOMMENDED.

The room even had air conditioning, and it was much quieter than I expected given the busier road nearby. You barely hear the cars go by. Had a great stay and would come back.

The price is good and the rooms are generally nice, but ours wasn't very clean. We found a sock and a sausage behind one of the beds. The staff came across as haughty, patronizing, and rude, even though we were speaking their language. Breakfast also turned out to be an extra cost that wasn't made clear.

The room itself was really nice and clean, and it had AC, which makes the one star especially frustrating. At check-in, we greeted the receptionist and said we had a reservation. She looked at the computer and, I think, said we had none in a very angry way. When I didn't understand, she got even angrier and gestured at me. After a while, a man came over; I asked what was wrong, he said nothing, and we got our key almost right away. It really caught us off guard. We'd been to Germany many times, and this was our first rude encounter with a German person. I'd avoid this hotel if you don't speak German. 🙁

The kids really liked the place. Our room was clean and nice, and breakfast was very good.
