Hotel Kriemhilde

We spent one night here as a family, with six adults and a baby spread across three rooms. The recently renovated rooms felt modern and were nicely done for such a small building. The hotel sits right by the old town cathedral, and breakfast had a great variety. The owners were very friendly and spoke English very well. The bells stop at 10 p.m. and start again at 7 a.m. I loved that touch of local charm and history. Parking is very limited, but there's a garage a three-minute walk away for 10 euros a day.

The location was perfect for my one-night stop on the Rhine cycle route. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helped me with several things, including storing my bike in the back courtyard. There was an issue with my original room, so I was moved to a better one at no extra charge, with a view of the Dom. The buffet breakfast had plenty of good choices, and there's a great ice cream cafe nearby. The owner made an already great stay even better.

The owner and his wife were very friendly, and the breakfast they prepared themselves was delicious, with lots of options and care put into the food. The room and bedding were clean and comfortable for resting and sleeping, and the rate with breakfast included was very reasonable. Right in the center of Worms, it's a great base for sightseeing. We parked at the dome parking lot, under a three-minute walk away. It cost 9 euros a day and felt safe.

The owners went out of their way to help us, and we really appreciated it. Hotel Kriemhilde exceeded our expectations, with modern, clean rooms, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of food. In the lovely city center, the hotel is within easy walking distance of historic sites, restaurants, and shops. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Worms!
