Am Congress Centrum

We visited in December, just before Christmas, and it was really cold outside. After long days walking around, returning to a warm room with the Heizung and taking a hot bath was such a comfort. Nina, the owner, and Wolfgang at reception always welcomed us with warm smiles. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly appreciated Nina’s hospitality and the kindness of the whole team.

We were sorry we couldn’t stay at least two nights. The rooms and the view were incredible, and everything was close to the sights, market, and restaurants. We arrived to a warm welcome, a drink of our choice, and a small snack. The hosts were among the most incredible we met on our Europe trip. They gave us lots of personal recommendations and even booked a restaurant for us before we arrived. Their service is unmatched. When we had a small injury during the stay, they kindly brought us a hot water bottle to ease the pain. Thank you for the hospitality, and we hope to come back one day!

Nina and Wolfgang were wonderful hosts. Parking right outside made arrival easy, and they offered us drinks while checking in. Wolfgang gave us a nice short history and overview of the town, along with recommendations. Our room had a lovely little terrace overlooking the river, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There were fresh lilies in the bathroom, complimentary local wine in the mini fridge, and fresh fruit in the lobby. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Würzburg. This is the place to stay.

The warm, friendly service and all the little extras made this feel like coming back to a friend’s home at the end of the day. There were chocolates and fresh fruit, plus water and snacks with the coffee machine, and we enjoyed the recommendations. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed, and the hotel is centrally located. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.
