With three houses combined into one hotel, the layout has multiple levels and every room is different. The staff were great, and there are all the facilities you could want. One thing to know: the curtains are thin, and powerful lights outside shine into the room at night, so you end up falling asleep in the light.

The staff treated me nicely, and I found the room comfortable. The location is perfect too. I really recommend this hotel!

The location is great, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. But the main thing I need from a hotel is a good night's sleep, and I didn't get one. The air conditioning was broken and only heated the room. The so-called double bed was two singles with a beam in the middle. And the huge, fluffy, classic German pillow went paper-thin as soon as I put my head on it.

It's right in the pedestrian zone, so everything the city has to offer is an easy walk away. But the service was terrible. The internet didn't work anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms, and the rooms looked at least 20-30 years old and badly in need of an update. I had to ask to change rooms because the electrical outlets didn't work. Nothing here earns it a 4 star rating.

The breakfast in the morning was really good, and I enjoyed my stay. Just be aware that reception closes by 9pm. If you arrive after 9pm without a key, you’ll be stuck outside the hotel.
