Also-hotel an der Hardt

The bed took up almost all the space, leaving nowhere even to put luggage on the floor. The rooms were dirty, the sheets included, and there were spider webs, dampness, and a strong awful mold smell. The heating didn't work either. We left that creepy place right away, but were still charged EUR 230 for the terrible experience. Avoid it!

The smell and dirt were awful. I left the hotel one minute after entering the room, but even a month wasn't enough to forget the horror. It's the dirtiest and coldest place in Germany I've been to. They charged me for the mistake of booking this terrible hotel instead of apologizing.

We only stayed one night, which was my only regret. My uncle and I had come from the USA to see the schwebebahn and found this lovely hotel. The room and view were magnificent, and the staff were phenomenal. Of the three hotels we've stayed at, none was as accommodating. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a map and spent about 15 minutes showing us local sights, plus his business card in case we needed Anything at all. Breakfast was a full meal, with lots of options made to order. For. Sure. We. Will. Be. Back. Thank you guys!

During my three weeks there, it felt like home. Frank, the proprietor, made me feel at ease as soon as I reached the front desk, and the staff were attentive and extremely friendly. The little hotel was cozy, with fully equipped rooms, a comfortable bed, Wifi, a working desk, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything was extremely clean, and the hotel is renovated every six months. Breakfast had a huge selection of organic food, including fruit, meats, cheese, viennoiseries, cereals, and fresh fried eggs made on request. Frank, Ingrid, Danny, and so many more, thank you. I'll be back!
