Haus Honigstal

The atmosphere was actually nice and the place was clean. My husband and I went after church for something light to eat and a chance to relax. We ate, and I’m sure I was overcharged by mistake. Then my husband went to the bathroom and decided he wanted another coffee. After we ordered, the server asked us to move to another table. That table was covered in cutlery and crockery, so I said it wouldn’t work. She gave a half-hearted apology, then another server said other people were waiting for our table. What was that supposed to mean? If people were waiting, why ask us to move instead of seating them there? It was unprofessional and disrespectful, and not good service. No matter how spectacular the food is, poor service brings the whole experience down. People can spend their money anywhere, and I won’t spend mine here again. In response to my review, you attacked my faith and said I was lying. Great. I spoke to other people about your restaurant and got mixed reviews, so I guess it was just my bad luck that day. Still, my account was true and accurate. I’m sure no other establishment except yours is perfect all the time, so the fault must lie with me. I apologize for daring to say something that didn’t fit your idea of the service you provide.
