The staff were nice, and the rooms were a decent size and looked clean. They’re practical, with a small extra fridge, and the TV, Wi-Fi, and phone reception all worked well. The breakfast was adequate, though maybe the pandemic affected it and kept it from being anything special. The bathroom was cramped, the shower doors wouldn’t close, and the wall-mounted toilet seemed set up for someone over two metres tall. I also found the garden neglected, the patio furniture less than perfect, and the patio roof would make any structural engineer nervous. Don’t rest on past laurels.

We really appreciated the warm, family-like atmosphere and look forward to coming back. The hosts were kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and adapted to each guest. The value for money was excellent, too. Our spacious room had a useful sleeping and living layout, with a modern Frisian feel. The guesthouse is peaceful while still being centrally located. Thanks again for such a lovely stay.

We had a great couple of days and would gladly return, especially since dogs are welcome. The room was well equipped, including a kettle and fridge. The owner was exceptionally friendly and even made time to chat with guests over breakfast. We’d definitely recommend this guesthouse.

I’ve felt very comfortable here, thanks in part to the relaxed, friendly hosts. The room is spacious and consistently clean, and there’s more than enough choice at breakfast. I’ll book again for sure.

The room and bathroom were a good size, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, and the welcome was friendly and easygoing. It was my first stay, and I only needed a place to sleep, not a ballroom. I hope I can stay here again next time. Thanks for a lovely time.
