Wohnung Lund 2

The biggest problem for us was the noise at night. In Lund 1, where my wife, our adult son, and I stayed from mid-September 2022, the heating could be heard running in every room, and a steady knocking in the walls continued until morning and kept us from sleeping. Lund 1 and Lund 2 are both on the top floor of this old building, which is very noisy. The apartment was in poor shape as well. The carpets, dining cushions, chairs, and sofa were stained. The mattresses were worn and bumpy, and the lumpy pillows need replacing. The shower tray was covered in limescale and mold, so it was unpleasant to use. We raised the shower problem with the wife of one of the landlords. She said they knew about it, but the tiles would all have to come off, and asked if we knew how much that would cost. That left us wondering why guests should bear the problem. We felt the apartment was being rented continuously for profit without money going back into it. We weren't comfortable there and can't recommend it.
