We came from the Netherlands with three motorcycles, and parking them was no problem: they could go in the locked garage beneath the house. The pension was very clean and nice, and the owners greeted us cheerfully whenever we arrived. They were really hospitable. Breakfast was served in a small room, which felt a bit like visiting the people who lived there. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this pension!

The owners were sweet and helpful, and we felt very welcome. It’s a cosy little B&B with clean, nice rooms at a reasonable price. We’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Zell, and hope to stay at pension Adelheid again.

The vineyards along the Moselle make for a beautiful area, but Zell itself feels frozen in time. The shop windows are kitschy, the clothes are strange, and most of the restaurants leave a lot to be desired.

The location overlooking the Moselle River is perfect. It’s a lovely little guesthouse with great rooms and an amazing breakfast, and the owners are especially friendly and welcoming. We’d love to return.
