We reserved an accessible room because my sister uses a wheelchair, but the stay was a horrible experience. Nobody helped with our luggage or gave us arrival information. The staff were unfriendly and left us to work everything out ourselves. Even after I raised it with the owner, nothing was resolved. The worst experience. Never go!

We booked a package with a massage, mud bath, breakfast, and a three-course dinner on the first night, and everything went smoothly. Parking right at the hotel costs €8 per day. Our lower-level room had no balcony, but we could see the Baltic Sea. It had a roomy bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a separate living area and sleeping area. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is right on the promenade overlooking the Baltic Sea. We visited Zinnowitz at the beginning of January 2026 and found it very beautiful.

The generous breakfast buffet was a plus, and the place was clean and friendly. It feels a little dated, though the 80s style has a cozy, nostalgic charm. There’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down could be difficult for older people.
