The place is cozy, but the kitchen is tiny and has neither a stove nor a microwave. The mattresses in one room are very hard, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work.

Pets being allowed was nice. The apartment had a practical setup, and the location is great, right in the center next to the EDEKA market. There’s a terrace, but no loungers. The double bed mattress is poor quality, so anyone with back problems is unlikely to get much sleep.

The location made it easy to get to the beach quickly, and there are lots of restaurants just around the corner. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sanssouci. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’d love to come back!

The location was excellent, and the amenities were perfectly fine. Those are the only reasons for the stars I’ve given. The price is far too high for what you get, and the value is completely off. Cleanliness was poor: thick mold in the shower, an uncleaned fridge, heavy dust beneath the microwave, and food left under the couch from the previous guests. The beds and sofa bed are completely worn out.

The apartment was reasonably furnished and basically okay, and having our own parking was useful. It’s a good location, 300 m from the beach. But the mattresses are poor and could cause back problems, and the beds creak. We were there for five days, which was just about acceptable.
