In apartment 50, the kitchen had dirty dishes and not even a kitchen knife. The toilet was also difficult to flush, needing so much force that the children couldn’t manage it. Then the smoke detector started beeping overnight, probably because its battery was dead, though by then the night was already over 😉. We also had to arrange the tourist cards ourselves because none were left in the apartment. There wasn’t any Wi-Fi either. For this price, you have to think hard about staying here. I won’t be back. To me, it felt like a complete rip-off.

We were four people in apartment 36 and enjoyed the lovely view from this modern, peaceful place. It’s easy to reach the underground garage even with a roof box, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk through the forest. You can also get to the Achterwasser on foot. The balcony furniture was quite worn, though, and the bathroom and balcony could have been cleaner, with weeds on the balcony. We’d still be glad to come back. 🤗

The apartment was so well stocked and tidy that it felt like home, with plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, and other useful things. We were two in apartment 43, and the beach was an easy walk of no more than 15 minutes, even with beach gear. Our generous parking spot in the underground garage was great, and with a bit of ingenuity we could fit two bikes there too. The one real downside was the lack of sun protection in the kitchen and living room. We had sun all week, and the apartment became unbearable in the afternoons. The bedroom faces east, I think, so it stayed reasonably comfortable and we slept well.

We spent a week at Residenz Bellevue in Zinnowitz in June 2021. There was good space for two, the apartment was nicely furnished and peaceful, and it had two balconies. We could walk to the beach in around 15 to 20 minutes. The shower is over the high edge of the bathtub, which may make the place unsuitable for some older guests. There were also no insect screens on the windows, so biting bugs could get in, especially at night. Even with those drawbacks, we came away very pleased and would happily recommend it.

The holiday apartment itself was very nice. We couldn’t use the terrace, unfortunately, because it was so dirty. Blinds in the kitchen would also have helped, since people on the street could see straight in during the evening.
