Apartments Andrea Kiel

Andrea Kiel apartments ignored all my messages afterward. They wouldn't reimburse me for the night I never got to stay, my taxi fares, or the expensive alternative accommodation I had to arrange, despite having plenty of opportunity. This started when I booked a stay at Andrea Kiel apartments for 11 September 2018. Andrea double-booked the apartment and left me to deal with it. A late check-in had been arranged, and I have a record of that. After my taxi dropped me off, I couldn't get in because someone else was already staying there. I waited outside the main entrance in the cold for two hours, repeatedly ringing the phone and doorbells. I could hear the doorbells and Andrea’s phone ringing loudly inside. By then, it seemed obvious to me that I was being deliberately ignored because of the double booking. I felt as if I had hypothermia afterward. Since the apartment is in a remote part of town, it took a long time for a taxi to collect me. I got no sleep that night, needed time to recover, and was also left at a financial disadvantage. Compared with what this establishment deserves, even the lowest rating feels generous. If you value your time, money, health, and sanity, I would NOT consider booking here.
