Hotel Knorz

There isn't an elevator, though the hotel only has two floors. The garden was clean and full of things for kids to do, and the staff were super nice. Our room was big and pleasant, especially the larger room. Breakfast had plenty of food, with lots of gluten-free and vegan choices. Some rooms have showers and others have bathtubs, so choose whichever suits you. We had a great time here.

The garden and play area are amazing for little kids, though I'm sure I'm not the only one saying that. The morning and breakfast staff were wonderful, really helpful and friendly. When family issues meant we had to stay longer, they even brought us some coffee and fruit.

I was nervous about staying in a hotel while Covid-19 was still around, but hygiene was spot on. The room and the rest of the property were extremely clean, hand sanitizer was available throughout, and staff kept cleaning to help everyone stay safe. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. They gave us great help choosing places to eat and visit nearby. There was a lovely garden with toys for the kids. Thanks for a fantastic few nights away 🙂

The kids loved the play area and didn't want to leave. There was a sandbox, tree houses, cars and a castle to play in. Our family room was more like a flat, with a small kitchen and living room, and the beds were roomy and comfortable. The bunk beds felt very safe. The bathroom was small but had what we needed, though I'd add a bit more light. Breakfast was very good and had healthy options. We came for a family trip to Playmobil Funpark. It's about a 20-minute walk, but we drove the five minutes so we wouldn't have to walk back with tired children. Park parking was only €5 for the whole day. The staff were very friendly and did their best to communicate across languages. We came with grandparents who only spoke Spanish, and an Italian girl at breakfast helped us a lot. Thank you so much for your kindness. I'd recommend the hotel and stay again when I'm back in the area.
