10/10
The staff were lovely, and breakfast had a good variety of fruit, cheese, meats, juices and cereal. They no longer serve evening meals. The hotel has a beautiful room, and Zirndorf is easy to reach by train, with the station just a five-to-ten-minute walk away.

8/10
The rooms were a good size and clean, and internet was included, though the sign-in page was a bit annoying. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for Zirndorf. I would have liked a 24-hour reception number. I was worried my key card might not work late at night.

6/10
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the people were friendly. On our first evening we wanted a drink at the bar, but it was all closed. We asked if we could sit at the outside tables with drinks from the minibar and were told no. For a four-star hotel, we expected more. There was no air conditioning either, and it was very hot. Breakfast was okay, but at €138 for two people, we expected more.

There’s plenty of parking, and the town center is close by. We also had a good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. A really good hotel.

The food at the hotel was good, and the rooms were quiet. The service was great. I’d definitely recommend it.
