The hotel managers were really friendly and even helped us with our cases when we arrived. The rooms are clean, pleasant, modern, and good quality, right in the center of Zwickau. It’s very good value for the price. I’d happily recommend it, and we’ll come back.

We stayed one night in the Ferienwohnung, which was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge. Towels, toiletries, and the other things you need were already provided. The place is central and kid friendly, and the woman at reception was lovely from booking right through to checkout. Our flight show was cancelled, so we had to leave early, and the owner even reimbursed us for the second night. That was a remarkable gesture. In nine years of staying at hotels around Germany, we haven’t seen hospitality like this. Well done!

The only thing that took away a star was the smell in the old building, which may have come from previous smokers. Otherwise, our one-night stay felt almost like home. The reception was super friendly, and everything was clean, nicely decorated, and there when we needed it. Great value for money.

The room was just right, and the people were nice. It’s a traditional house, and I’d highly recommend staying here.
