The city center and its shops are close by, and there are lovely walks to take in the park at any time of day. We come back regularly, and leave feeling refreshed even though we're sorry to head home. The hostess is friendly, the place is well kept from the garden through to the room and bathroom, and breakfast is delicious. Food around town is worth trying, though, as anywhere, it depends on the restaurant. Thanks to the hostess.

Everything is close enough to reach on foot, with the property right by the park. The owner is incredibly friendly, makes a generous and lovely breakfast, and is always happy to chat about all sorts of things or share helpful tips. The rooms are beautifully designed, tastefully furnished to a high standard, and have excellent mattresses and bed linen. The modern architecture and lovely entrance make a great first impression. I'd highly recommend staying here, and I'm already looking forward to returning to this charming town in the beautiful Bavarian Forest.

We stayed for 14 days as an older couple and found the accommodation pleasant. The owner is lovely and always willing to help. We'd recommend it.

I came by motorcycle and stayed just one day. It was the best day of my life: a lovely city, a one-of-a-kind owner, and a delicious breakfast. Don't miss it. G
