Hotel Oasia

The location is excellent for visiting Aarhus on foot or by bike, and it's very close to the station. The hotel looks nice and is well decorated. Rooms are small but fine for a short stay; the only drawback was a smelly shower curtain. Breakfast was very good, with enough options and great quality. Check-in and service were good, with attentive staff. There are a few courtyard parking spots, but you need to book ahead.

Breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are tiny for the price, though, and the shower curtains smelled terrible, as if they hadn't been washed in a while. There was a filthy mark on the duvet cover, and the walls and floor had marks too. It all gave me the impression of neglected maintenance.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and although parking at the hotel is limited, street and garage parking are available right outside. It's a great place to stay when visiting the city. The shower itself is fine, but the curtains can be annoying for me personally, so next time I'll ask if they have a room with a shower door.

Room 8016 was sleek and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and we had a really good stay at Hotel Oasia. We spent two pleasant nights there. I’m taking off a location star because this was the room we requested and it faced the train tracks. The hotel has several buildings, so that may not be an issue in every room. I’d happily recommend Hotel Oasia for a stay in Aarhaus.
