Refborg Hotel & Spiseri

The rooms and facilities are basic, but clean and functional, and we had no problems. Staff were helpful, and it seems good for families. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. The location is handy for Lego and close to the airport; the town centre is nearby too, though it's a small town with only a modest choice of shops and restaurants. The restaurant and shop/cafe are brilliant, though my rating here is only for the hotel. I couldn't find the shop listed separately, so I'm adding this information and photos here. It has a great range of drinks, snacks, and chocolate, plus a cafe area where you can sit.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. It's a very nice hotel and a perfect spot if you want to walk around town. There's also a free shuttle to the airport and other places farther away.

Legoland is easy to reach on foot, and the staff were friendly. Our room was quite small for three people, with a double bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself is a nice small place in a very good location.

We enjoyed the lovely breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, though they didn't have air conditioning, which would have been useful in summer. The location is great, a short walk from Lego House and the centre of Billund. A free shuttle bus runs every half hour to wow park and Lego Land.
