Adina Apartment Hotel Copenhagen

For a short stay, this place made everything easy. There’s a convenience store about a minute away, plus a few restaurants and a takeout spot if you don’t feel like cooking. The room has all the cooking equipment you need, and you can do laundry in it whenever you like at no extra cost. What else do you need?

There was a pool and sauna at the hotel, and the room itself felt like somewhere you could live, with a kitchen, fridge and freezer, washing machine, living space, and even a coffee pod machine with pods. I was disappointed by the limited vegan breakfast choices, but the chef kindly made me a salad of my own, which was lovely. The only real hassle was the walk from the train station, about 10-15 minutes with our bags.

We were only in town for 24 hours, and the staff kindly arranged early check-in so we could get right out sightseeing. The breakfast worked for everyone, including our two teenagers, which is saying something. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was well stocked, and the water pressure made for a great refreshing shower. There’s also a convenience store just steps around the corner for snacks or things like toothpaste. We loved the hotel and would come back.

The pool and sauna, grocery store in the building, underground parking, nearby attractions, and easy access to train and metro all make this a very convenient place to stay. You can also rent a bicycle, and room service was quick to respond. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and well laid out, with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the large, nicely finished bathroom. The lobby is modern, check-in was simple, and the elevators are roomy and fast. There’s a lot here for both short and long visits. I did find the bed a little uncomfortable, so a top mattress might help. The hotel sits beside a railway line, and better sound insulation would be useful. I also missed having an internal lock on the room door. Even so, I found it good value and would confidently recommend it.
