My junior suite is amazing, and the location is great, right by the park and museums. Camilla was the best, so helpful getting me settled today!

The rooftop spa made the stay especially lovely, with its heated geodesic dome, lounge chairs and spectacular view, plus a freezing cold plunge shower and an indoor steam sauna and shower. We loved the organic food too. The lobby restaurant was delicious, and breakfast, the atmosphere and the patio were all lovely. I’d stay there again.

Camilla at reception was so sweet and kindly found a place for my luggage when I arrived before my room was ready. I spent a long weekend here and really fell in love with the hotel. The location is amazing, and the food was lovely, especially breakfast, with an incredible selection of Danish specialties. My penthouse room made the stay feel even more intimate and magical.

The team is so friendly and fun, which matters most to me. The rooms are great, breakfast awesome and the restaurant astonishing. This is by far my favorite hotel in Copenhagen, and that says a lot given how many wonderful hotels the city has.

The walls and floors are paper thin, and if you’re put on the first floor, ask to move right away. Staff leave the restaurant open as a bar after closing, and it gets obnoxiously loud. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas at 2am and ask the front desk either to quiet the bar or move me, since the restaurant hours say it closes at 10pm. There are much better places to stay for your money, with more accommodating staff and better suited spaces. Don’t waste it here.
