The small, fully equipped kitchen let us cook meals and keep breakfast food, which helped us spend less on dining out and enjoy the meals we did have out. The apartment was compact but had what we needed, and the complimentary fresh-ground coffee was a lovely welcome. It was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and being able to cast to the TV meant we could use whichever streaming service we wanted. Keyless entry and free luggage storage made everything easy, and the apartment is close to the Metro, so getting around Copenhagan was simple. We’ll definitely return, hopefully with less snow, though the hygge factor was next level!

The shower could use a small raised lip or a glass sliding door, since water splashed toward the sink and bathroom entrance. A bidet would also be appreciated, though I know that may be a cultural preference. I noticed it mentioned in other reviews too, and hope it can be considered. We spent several lovely days in Copenhagen as a couple, and Bob W Osterbo felt warm, welcoming and well suited to what we needed. It was cosy and thoughtfully arranged. We made use of the in-room cooking option and shared kitchen, and liked the lounge for relaxing and chatting with other travelers. The room’s Chromecast TV made evenings easy. There were lots of useful extras: washers and dryers, an iron, heaters, fresh towel changes, quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, dish detergent and sponge, cookware and tableware, Scottex paper towels, reusable water bottles and a fabric tote bag. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the small touches made us feel at ease. The location was excellent, steps from the metro and a well-stocked supermarket. We’d happily recommend Bob W Osterbo and look for a Bob W on future trips.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, with a good location. There’s a free partner gym five minutes away, plus a kitchen with what you need for simple cooking, shared spaces, laundry and luggage storage. It’s especially easy to use if you’re comfortable with digital services: check-in, keys, reception and check-out are all online, your phone is the key, replies online are quick, and there’s AI for non-urgent questions. A very good option for young people. We’ll definitely book here again :)

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and relaxing, with prompt communication and clear instructions. It’s close to the metro, in a great location, and very affordable. I’d definitely recommend staying with Bob W if you’re visiting Copenhagen.
