We ate dinner there twice, and both the food and service were 5 star. The staff were warm and welcoming, and spoke English, so communication was easy. Getting to town or the airport by Metro is quick. I really liked all the thoughtful touches, from snacks on each floor to slippers you can take home, and the coffee was good too. It felt enjoyable, convenient, and well priced. Our three-night package included breakfast and the spa. Check-in was a bit of a muddle, and I’m not sure why since I booked on the hotel website and had a confirmation number. Reception couldn't find the booking, but gave us the room at the price I’d booked and also offered a complimentary drink. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade yogurt, eggs, bacon, cheeses, and even mimosa at the buffet. Our room was cute, with an eco rain shower. There was a steam room and a dry sauna. I didn't swim, though some other guests were in the pool. For the best price, book directly with the hotel or eco hotel.

The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a lovely spot by the window to sit and look out over the city. You can walk to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go as a tourist, while the hotel itself is in a quiet, calm part of town. The amenities were some of the best I’ve experienced: heated pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, outdoor courtyard, beautiful gym and lobby. 10/10. If I come back to CPH, this is where I’ll stay.

The design is cool and the hotel has real potential, but the service needs to match its price and star level. Eco orientation and stylish interiors don't make up for that. The room had no fridge or proper desk, and on a Saturday the bar closed at 23:00, which felt far too early. After a long dinner in town, we got back by Metro just as it was closing. The pool and spa could also be looked after more carefully. Sometimes there were empty cups scattered around, which made the space uninviting. Staff didn't seem concerned, then started cleaning 30 minutes before closing and disturbed the quiet while we were in the sauna. We did like the room design and heated pool, and otherwise found it a good hotel.

The location is good, though you're a little outside the centre. It's about a 20-minute walk, or the Metro is 5 minutes away and just a couple of stops. The hotel itself was great, and I’d come back. The rooms are lovely, and the lobby, restaurant and spa are all wonderful. The gym is the best hotel gym I've seen, although we didn't stay long enough to use it. Breakfast was excellent, but I was disappointed that a latte or barista style coffee cost extra, with only filter coffee included. For what I paid, I expected more. The shower setup and modern eco self cleaning shower are good, but the pressure could be better.
