The capsules were decent, with hard mattresses, which is fine if that’s what you like. Service was good, and the hotel was calm and quiet. The rest of it felt pretty janky, with some very landlord-special-looking work. I’m pretty sure the electrical wiring is a fire hazard and very illegal, and there were ants too.

The location is lovely and close to the train station, and I felt safe the whole time. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the place was much cleaner and quieter than I expected. The modern capsules use PIN codes, which made me feel secure inside. There’s a nice kitchen where you can work, plus a cozy games area. A pleasant, clean option if you’re traveling on a budget. I recommend it.

The capsule and shared areas were clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent for a few nights. It was easy to find, close to the central station, and the check-in emails were clear. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast, a towel, and amenities were included. The downside was the capsule doors: their locks were extremely noisy, and the constant sound kept me from sleeping well. I know the hotel may not be able to fix that, but it would put me off coming back.

The location made getting around easy, with a craft beer place right outside, a 7-Eleven around the corner, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, and cafés nearby. Walking into the centre didn’t take long either. As a woman travelling alone, I also found Copenhagen incredibly safe throughout my trip. I did think £256 for three nights was a lot for a hostel-style stay, though Copenhagen is an expensive city, so the higher prices weren’t a surprise. The capsule itself was cozy, comfortable, and secure, and the temperature stayed just right. There was a big mirror, shelf space, USB and USB-C charging, and adjustable lighting, but no regular plug socket. This is very much a self-check-in place, with separate codes for the main entrance and your capsule and little to no staff interaction. The rooms are shared, not separated by gender, and the main room door stays open and can’t be locked. I personally never felt unsafe. There were enough bathrooms that I never had to wait for a shower, and I appreciated having a hairdryer. I never got up early enough to try the breakfast counter, but you can order coffee there. There’s also a handy late-night selection of noodles and snacks, paid for later by leaving a note.
