Fairfield By Marriott Copenhagen Nordhavn

Being able to switch off in a quieter part of town after packed days was a real plus, and getting to the Fashion Week venues was easy. I came to Copenhagen for Fashion Week, with shows, filming, street style spotting and lots of running around, so the calm return to Fairfield by Marriott suited me perfectly. The room was small, but laid out really well. I slept comfortably thanks to the bed and good soundproofing, and the shower had great pressure. The bright, clean Scandinavian design felt right for Copenhagen. Breakfast was fresh and straightforward, which worked well with my early starts, and the staff were friendly and glad to help with directions or anything else. It made a busy trip feel a lot easier and more comfortable.

We had a lovely five-night stay, and Leandro made breakfast especially enjoyable whenever he was working. He took extra care to check we had what we needed, gave us advice, and shared ideas for places to visit and eat around the city. We spent a long weekend here and found it a great fit. The water views were lovely, and the Metro nearby made it easy to get around. The staff were always ready to help, with Leandro standing out as a real star. All the best to him!

The neighbourhood was a big part of what we liked: good places for food and drinks, cool design shops, and the water right nearby. It also felt easy to explore from here. The Metro is about a six-minute walk, with quick access to the centre, The Little Mermaid and Rosenborg Castle. Our room was lovely, everything felt fresh and clean, and the soundproofing meant we slept really well. Breakfast had a good range, including options my gluten-free sister was happy with. I was also a fan of the waffle maker, perhaps a little too much! The downstairs self-service shop for snacks and drinks was handy for a late drink or chocolate after a day out. They have bike hire too. We were very happy with Fairfield by Marriott Copenhagen Nordhan as a comfortable base in a fun area away from the main tourist route.
