The location is ideal, right by Copenhagen’s main train station. Breakfast had everything you could want, and the room was clean, bright and modern. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Online check-in also made reception quicker. Definitely recommend.

The lift seems mostly decorative since it stops between floors, so you still have to carry your luggage up a few steps to reach it. The room was small but fine. There’s no air conditioning, so I imagine it could get hot in summer, though it was okay in winter. Noise insulation wasn’t great either. I heard noise every morning at 6:30. The hotel is close to the central station.

The views are great, and the price makes it easy to recommend. Everything is right nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, just a bit cramped, which can’t really be helped.

The 286 EUR charge came without warning or any explanation. They first said I had burned the table, then claimed I had damaged the phone. The kettle had only left a temporary moisture mark on the table. After 30 years of travel, this was my worst hotel stay. The location doesn't make up for a dark, unwelcoming place where our room went uncleaned for four days. Noise from the neighbor's fan made sleeping impossible, and the soundproofing was poor. Housekeeping acted aggressively, while the other staff seemed cold and indifferent. WARNING: SCAM!

The room was clean, though very small, as I had booked a single. Staff were helpful, and the location is handy for public transport and shops. My TV only had a few channels, with just two in English.
