Breakfast was good to have, though I would've liked a bit more variety. The staff were okay. The location is fantastic, just minutes from the central train station and surrounded by restaurants. For the price, this hotel is a must. I'd definitely come back.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel, but its customer service left a great impression. I'd accidentally booked a nonrefundable reservation and contacted them right away. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. Leonardo at the front desk went out of his way to help, and supported me in getting the booking cancelled without a fee. That kind of professionalism, empathy, and care says a lot about how they value guests. If I visit Denmark in the future, I'll definitely stay here. Thanks again to Leonardo and the team for their kindness and support!

The location is great, only about a three minute walk from the central train station, with restaurants and an Asian supermarket just minutes away, and a 7/11 very close by. The front desk staff are friendly. The free apples in the lobby for hotel guests were a nice gesture, as was the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available there around the clock. There's secure luggage storage too. Daily housekeeping is available, but you need to tell the front desk before 4pm or the room won't be cleaned. The three bed rooms have a proper bed for the third person instead of a sofa bed, which is a plus. The room was clean, though the toilet and shower area was pretty tight. They provided a bottle of 2 in 1 hair and body wash. One thing they could add is tissues, since there weren't any in the room.

The room was tiny, which I understand given the location, and the restroom could use some renovation. The toilet flush lever barely worked, and I had to wait two hours for the tank to fill. There was also a constant water leak. The room radiator didn't work either, though they had left a small blower in the room. On the plus side, the lobby and reception were nice, breakfast had a good selection, and the metro is just a minute's walk away.
